This is Elsa.  Elsa is about 11 months old.  Elsa came to us from Fort Sam right before the winter storm.  She was emaciated and quite literally, frozen. When she warmed up it was evident she had no idea what a human was, and she was certainly not fond of people.  She was feral, hissy, and an overall displeasure to be around. We committed to taming her wild side and have been “wildly” successful! Some days if you try and pet her, she’ll run from you…she’s a shy sweetie pie, but the second you lay down for bed she will be on your with her purr motor on.  She does not allow phones in bed, so if you plan on scrolling through social media before turning out the light, think again!

Bella is desperate for a home of her own. Poor Bella gets very anxious around other cats. She is SUCH a love though. She is NOT afraid of dogs…just cats. She would be so great for someone that only wants one cat. Bella was a member of the Somerset Texas Rescue where she lived with 50 other cats. Sadly, the individual that rescued these cats passed away from Covid and these starving fur babies were not found for a whole month! I am sure that those conditions most likely resulted in Bella developing extreme anxiety around other cats. She is a quiet and independent girl but loves to snuggle with us at night. She really is a gentle cat that longs for a quiet calm home. Please let me know if you know anyone that would love to adopt this sweet companion!

Lucas is an adult Siamese/mix. He was rescued with his friend Lavender from the streets. He is shy at first but once he knows he is safe he is a real sweetheart.  He would really like to stay with his best buddy lavender.  No dogs as he is very afraid of dogs.

Susie was a rescue from a terrible situation. She was without food and water for at least a month. She’s a sweet cat and will do best as an only kitty or 1 friend and no dogs
